Punjabi Chole Masala (Punjab Chickpea Curry)

This tangy dry chickpea curry is great wrapped in a flat bread or served with other Indian favourites.

This chickpea and cumin dish is delicious as a side or in a wrap with felafal, great when you are having a feast of lebanese food.

This mild burger patty goes well with any burger fixings and cooks well on a hot plate.

My favourite Lebanese restaurant in Sydney, Fatima’s makes delicious golden falafel, this is my version.

This middle eastern chickpea and sesame dip is incredible to eat with practically anything and you can’t go wrong keeping a pot on hand.

Spinach and chickpeas is great served with chapati, you can roll them up and eat them like burrito’s.

Known as Nana’s Nepalese Curry in our house, this tomato curry is mildly flavoured with ginger and masala and is a quick week night dinner.
