This traditional chinese take away dish is just as good vegan style, it’s also good with mushrooms and tofu.
Makes enough for two.
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions then strain and set aside. Mix together the sauce ingredients, cut the carrot into small sticks, the celery into thin slices and slice the snow peas.
In a very hot wok add a little canola oil and the celery, stir fry for a minute and then add the noodles, carrot and the sauce. Stir fry for another minute until most of the sauce is gone. Add the snow peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cook for one more minute and then serve.
