This mild burger patty goes well with any burger fixings and cooks well on a hot plate.
Makes four burger patties
Drain and roughly mash the chickpeas. Combine with all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties (if the mix is too dry and is falling apart then wet your hands when shaping them).
Pour a little olive oil in a hot fry pan or onto a BBQ plate and brown the patties on each side for about 2 minutes.
