Salted Peanut Butter Cups.

These peanut butter cups are very easy to make and perfect for special occasions, although probably not too many special occasions!

Makes 12 patty cake sized peanut butter cups.


  • 200 grams dairy free chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • Salt


Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. In a separate pan melt the peanut butter, then stir in the icing sugar.

Evenly pour the chocolate into 12 small cupcake papers. Let the chocolate set for a minute, then gently drop a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each chocolate. Sprinkle each peanut butter cup with salt and then set in the fridge.
