Easiest starter ever. Go easy on the garlic though if you are going out after.
Makes a plate of cauliflower and 1/2 a cup of dipping sauce.
Heat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Spray or toss the cauliflower in olive oil and season with salt. Place the cauliflower on a tray and bake for ten minutes.
While the cauliflower is roasting add all the dipping sauce ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a tablespoon or two of water to the sauce and process it again until it is a consistency of thick custard.
Serve cauliflower with the dipping sauce.
