Red Breakfast Salad.

This makes a salad is great as a light breakfast or as a side at brunch.

Makes four breakfast sized serves.


  • 1 punnet of blueberries
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 6 plums
  • 2 cups of red grapes
  • 2 cups of watermelon


Wash the fruit.

Quarter the strawberries. Cut all the remaining fruit into a similar size as the strawberries.

Mix the fruit together in a large bowl. Leave to sit for 20 minutes and serve.
