Pasta Tutto Giardino (Pasta of the Garden).

This rich tomato pasta is an excellent way to clean out the fridge.

Makes two serves.


  • 1/3 packet of pasta
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 10 black olives sliced
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped oregano
  • 10 swiss brown or button mushrooms
  • Fresh vegetables (carrot, brocolli, beans, spinach)


Put the pasta on to boil.

Add the garlic to a fry pan on a medium heat. After half a minute add the olives, vegetables and oregano and stirfry for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce to the pan and leave to simmer on a low heat until the pasta is cooked.

Drain the pasta and add to the fry pan. Coat the pasta with the sauce and serve.
