These burgers makes a great centre piece to any bbq lunch.
Makes two burgers.
Peel and de-stalk the mushrooms. Smear the margarine on the inside of the mushrooms, then the garlic and parsley. Either put the mushrooms in a hot oven or on the bbq and leave until well cooked.
When the mushrooms are almost done prepare the salad and toast the turkish bread.
Slice the mushrooms and create your burger.
