This is a simple method for creating sweet leeks as a delicious side to any french dish or roast vegetables.
Heat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Clean the leeks and top and tail them. Take a large piece of baking paper and brush it with the oil. Put the leeks in the centre of the paper and fold the edges together to create a sealed parcel.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and serve in the paper.
