These delicious soft and chewy sweet ginger biscuits are super easy to make and get better as the days go by (although probably not longer than a week!)
Makes 16 medium biscuits.
Heat the oven to 180C / 350F.
In a saucepan melt together the margarine, golden syrup and brown sugar. Stir in the ginger powder. Add a drop of water to the bicarbonate and make into a paste and add to the saucepan. Mix well.
Stir in the flour. Make small dessert spoon sized balls of the dough and place on a tray at least an inch apart (they will spread a little). Press each ball down with a fork.
Bake for 16 minutes. Cool them and eat!
