French Green Beans.

These green beans are just a little bit fancy and are a great accompaniment with french and italian dishes.

Makes enough for four.


  • 400 grams beans
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 teaspoon dairy free margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


Cut the ends off of the beans. In a small pan heat the stock to a simmer, then add the beans. Cook for three minutes and then drain the beans. Melt the margarine in the pan, add the beans and coat them thoroughly. Sprinkle over the chopped parsley.
