Curried sausages is one of those classic 80’s dishes that somehow survived.
Makes two serves.
In a fry pan gently sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic and sausages and fry another minute.
Add the curry powder, cumin and flour and coat the onion and sausages. Add the vegetable broth and rice.
Leave to simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Add the carrot / peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with mashed potato.
