Chocolate Avocado Pudding.

This incredibly unlikely dessert tastes just like a rich chocolate mousse.

Makes two dessert portions.


  • 1 pretty ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/3 cup agave (or maple) syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup water


Scoop out the flesh of the avocado. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until it looks smooth and shiny. It can be eaten immediately, refrigerated or frozen.
