This is seriously tasty chilli. Seriously tasty. No mixed vegetables. Just thick delicious chilli.
Makes four serves.
Chop the onion and garlic. Purée the tin of tomatoes. In a fry pan heat the oil, add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the garlic, cumin and chilli. Cook for another minute, then add the tomatoes, kidney beans, cocoa and bulgur wheat.
Simmer for 15 minutes until the bulgur wheat is cooked, season with salt to taste.
