Cabbage Upperi is an Indian side dish that goes well with everything, but especially the heavier curries and dal’s that can end up being a little stodgy by themselves.
Makes two serves.
Over a medium heat add a little oil to a fry pan. Add the mustard seeds and wait for them to finish popping. Add the chilli, salt and cabbage and sauté for 5 minutes until the cabbage is cooked. Squeeze over the lemon and serve.
