Banana Berry Smoothie.

Banana berry smoothies are a delicious start to the day (and an excellent way to use up ripe bananas).

Makes one smoothie.

Ingredients.

  • 2 small or 1 large banana
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup if the bananas are only just ripe
  • 1/2 cup of berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 scoop dairy free ice cream (or half a cup of ice)

Method.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
